A hundred push-ups, a hundred sit-ups, a hundred Squats everyday and hike up Bukit Timah Hill 3 times a week & cycling a hundred Km per week.

For AVSW 2023 I will be cycling a total for 250 km to raise funds for our programmes and services to empower our beneficiaries to lead independent and meaningful lives. 

Walking 5.5km with over 350 of my colleagues on 21  July!
+ Contributing as an active member of this fully employee-driven Organising Committee for this event!   

I'll undertake to complete 23 sessions of exercise activities, like running, walking, swimming... Watch this space :)
