Special Son's Drawings Makes Me Laugh !
For me, looking at my special son's drawings often brings me joy. He is not only a talented animal artist. He expresses his quiet sense of humour in his own special way.
Once, I asked him to draw a pig for an aunty who was not feeling well (aunty was born in the zodiac year of pig). Here's what he drew ! Never fails to make me laugh every time I see it.

A GOOD BOOK to chill and thrive!
Everyone needs calm, but for many on the autism spectrum, it’s essential.
For me, the activity that helps me feel at peace and relaxed is to READ A GOOD BOOK ( sad I seem to have more books than I have time to read these days 😅😅😅 )

Take Time
Life can get busy n a tad overwhelming with so many demands from so many. One of my regular essentials is to make time to plan for not just the urgent but also for the important.
I try to ensure I make time to get involved in plans n activities to help ensure as many as possible in society do not get left behind.
One at-risk group is the adults with disabilities including folks on the spectrum.
