Lunch at Professor Brawn Cafe (Tampines)
Good food with nice ambience and a good cause, and served by AWESOME NEURODIVERGENT staff with cheerful spirits. Perfect way to #CHILL over a lunch break, which helps one's own mental wellbeing and antidote to anxiety & stress in a harsh fast-paced world - important in helping one (try to) #THRIVE in life.
Swimming to chill and calm down
#Swimming 🏊♂️ calms my mind and helps me release energy - just 1 way I Chill and Thrive as an autistic adult in a stressful world where the physical and social environment are not built for me, making it easy to be exhausted or have chronic fatigue daily.
Rolled Oats Breakfast
Breakfast, which experts say is the most important meal of the day, is a must-have for me everyday. It feels my stomach, lets me take my daily medicines (that must be taken after food), and gives me energy to start the day.
I try to eat rolled oats, mixed with fruits and/or blueberries, at least once a week consistently and try to stick to every Tuesday as much as possible, for routine and predictability which autistics like me thrive on.
